Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eagle Goods Trading Co. website and your business dealings with us, including product enquiries, quotations, orders, and export transactions. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
This is a general-purpose template covering standard clauses for an export/trading business. Because trade law, consumer-protection rules, and contract requirements vary by country, we strongly recommend having these Terms reviewed by a qualified lawyer familiar with both Indian export regulations and the laws of the countries you ship to (including Canada), before relying on them as a binding legal document.
1 Company Information

This website is owned and operated by Eagle Goods Trading Co. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), an export and trading business operating from India, with additional business experience and reach through Canada. References to "you" or "the buyer" mean any individual or business enquiring about, requesting a quote for, or purchasing products through this website.

2 Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, certifications, and minimum order quantities (MOQs). However:

  • Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual goods supplied (e.g. packaging design, batch variation, or natural product variation for agricultural items).
  • Specifications, MOQs, and availability are subject to change without prior notice and should be reconfirmed at the time of quotation.
  • Custom/OEM branding, packaging, and private-label requests are subject to separate agreement on cost, minimum quantities, and lead time.
3 Quotations & Pricing

All prices quoted are indicative until confirmed in a formal, signed quotation or proforma invoice. Quoted prices are typically exclusive of shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. FOB, CIF, EXW terms will be specified in the quotation). Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, currency fluctuation, and shipping rates, and are only locked in once a formal order is confirmed.

4 Orders & Payment Terms

An order is only considered confirmed once we have received a signed proforma invoice or purchase order and any agreed advance payment. Standard payment terms (e.g. advance payment percentage, balance on shipment, or Letter of Credit) will be specified per order and may vary based on order size, destination, and buyer relationship. We reserve the right to require full or partial advance payment for new buyers or first-time orders.

5 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Each product listing specifies a minimum order quantity. We may, at our discretion, accommodate trial orders below the listed MOQ for new or small businesses, as referenced elsewhere on this site — this is offered on a case-by-case basis and is not a guaranteed right for every product or buyer.

6 Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery timelines provided during quotation are approximate and depend on production schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, and carrier availability outside our control. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer according to the shipping incoterm agreed for that order (e.g. FOB, CIF, EXW). We are not liable for delays or losses caused by customs authorities, shipping lines, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 12, Force Majeure).

7 Quality Assurance & Inspection

We aim to supply goods that conform to the specifications, samples, or certifications agreed upon at the time of order. Buyers are encouraged to request pre-shipment samples or third-party inspection for large orders. Any quality discrepancy must be reported in writing, with supporting documentation (photos, inspection reports), within a reasonable period after receipt of goods — as specified in the individual order agreement — for a claim to be considered.

8 Returns, Claims & Disputes

Given the nature of bulk export goods, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than through a standard returns policy. If a genuine quality or quantity discrepancy is identified and verified, we will work with the buyer toward a fair resolution, which may include replacement, credit note, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the terms agreed in the original order confirmation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, product photography, and graphics — is the property of Eagle Goods Trading Co. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent. Product and brand names mentioned (including "Dr. Clenzol" and "EGT") are proprietary to their respective owners.

10 Confidentiality

Any pricing, specifications, or business information shared between us and a buyer during quotation or negotiation is considered confidential and should not be shared with third parties without mutual consent, except where required by law or customs/regulatory processes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Goods Trading Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit or business opportunity) arising from the use of this website or from any transaction with us. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order.

12 Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, port closures, pandemics, government restrictions, or shipping/logistics disruptions.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a specific order agreement states otherwise (for example, where a buyer's contract specifies a different governing law). Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and failing that, through the courts or arbitration process specified in the relevant order agreement.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or continued business with us after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
